Suitable for bridegrooms who have enough time to organize their wedding themselves and need a little help and some expert advice to start or finalize their preparations.

BIG DAY PACKAGE: coordination of the wedding day only

Two preparatory meetings
Drawing up of the detailed course of the day’s events to give to all the vendors
The presence of a coordinator on the day of the wedding (8 hours)
Decoration of the venue by the coordinator (gifts from guests, table decoration, chair covers etc)
Welcoming and orienting the service providers, supervising the setting-up and installation of the different elements
Coordinating the work of the services providers to ensure that the day goes smoothly

This package is suitable for couples who wish to organize the wedding themselves, but who also want to totally focus on enjoying the Big Day when it comes. They therefore prefer entrusting the organisational side on the day to a coordinator. The bridegroom can enjoy their wedding without the slightest concern or stress.

The price below is for a wedding with up to 100 guests and with up to 10 different service providers involved.

Ideal for bridegrooms whose busy schedules make it difficult to manage this type of project and who need full support. This package allows the future married couple to thoroughly take advantage of our experience and expertise. No detail is left to chance.

Price: Our wedding planning fee is of € 3900 for a wedding with a global budget of 40 000€ or below this amount.

For a wedding with a budget more than 40 000€, our wedding planning fee will be of 8% calculated on the total budget amount
